- Orders
By placing an order with Mico-Jewellery, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms and conditions.
- Prices and payments
The prices of our products are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. Subsequent price changes do not entitle you to a refund of any difference. Product photos are illustrative. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly.
Mico_Jewellery uses Stripe as an online payment provider. Stripe is a very reliable and secure tool that allows you to pay online easily and carefree.
- Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery address
Shipping will be carried out to the specified delivery address. In the event of an incorrect entry of the address, the costs of resending the order are borne by the customer.
Depending on the country, you can choose different shipping methods. You can choose to send via letter post or shipping with track & trace.
3.2 Letter mail
Please note that if you choose to ship by letter post, the shipment is not insured and the order will not be refunded in the event of loss. Shipping via Letter Post has proven to be reliable so far, but if you want to be 100% sure, it is best to choose Track & Trace.
3.3 Track & trace
If you have chosen Track & Trace, you will receive a track & trace link when your order is completed and handed over to the partner (BPost). You will receive the Track & Trace link at the email address you used when ordering, please check if you have entered the correct address otherwise the communication will be lost. Via the Track & Trace link you can see when your order will be delivered.
With Track & Trace, the delivery of your order is guaranteed. If for any reason your order does not arrive, it will be recreated and shipped at our expense.
3.4 Delivery times
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the chosen products and the chosen delivery method. We aim to prepare your order within 3 working days and hand it over to Bpost, in busier periods this process may take a few days longer.
As stipulated in the law "distance buying", the maximum delivery time is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not feasible, Mico_Jewellery will notify the buyer in time and the buyer has the right to cancel the order, without additional costs. Any amounts already paid will be refunded within thirty days.
- Returns
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to online orders. You can return your order within 14 days as long as the jewellery is in its original condition. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised jewellery.
Customers who wish to use the right of withdrawal must register the return within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to info@micojewellery.com stating the order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
Only products in original condition will be accepted. Will not be accepted as a return under any circumstances:
- Used, dirty, damaged or incomplete products
- Products tailored to the customer
- Worn products and/or products from which the card has been removed
The shipping costs for a return are borne by the customer. In the event of loss or damage, your order will not be refunded or replaced, regardless of the chosen shipping method.
It is recommended to use a track & trace shipment. You can create a shipping label via the website of bpost (Belgium) or PostNL (the Netherlands). If you choose this, please send the track & trace link to info@micojewellery.com so that we can track the delivery of the return package.
- Maintenance
Each jewellery is carefully handmade for you with quality materials. To ensure that your jewellery stays beautiful for a long time, we recommend taking it off when you shower and go to sleep. It is also best to avoid contact with cosmetic products, such as perfume or soap and cleaning products.
- Complaints
Any visible damage and/or qualitative limitation of a product or other problems with, for example, the delivery must be reported within 14 days via info@micojewellery.com.
- Guarantee
Under the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of the customer with regard to the sale of consumer goods, the customer is entitled to the legal guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase of the first owner. .
7.1 Reporting a Quality Issue
If quality problems (error, damage during normal use) occur within the period of 30 days, you must contact info@micojewellery.com.
Please include proof of purchase, a clear description of the quality problems and, if possible, photos of the product(s) in which the quality problems are clearly visible.
7.2 Admissible complaint
If your complaint is declared admissible, you will be asked to return the product(s) in question. The shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product(s) will be repaired or replaced free of charge, depending on the quality problem.
7.3 Inadmissible complaint
The warranty is never valid on defects caused by accidents, negligence, falls, abnormal or improper use, use of the item for other purposes for which it is intended, changes or modifications to the item, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance. The warranty is only valid for the first purchaser and is not transferable.
Any damage or quality problems, which are reported after 30 days from the date of purchase, are not covered by these warranty conditions. The right to free repair or exchange will therefore be declared invalid.
7.4 Repairs after warranty period
After the 30-day warranty period, you can still use our repair service. In this case, you must return the damaged product to us at your own expense. After receipt and analysis, we will assess whether repair is possible. Any repair costs and shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If the product cannot be repaired, we will inform you and discuss the possibilities.
- Property rights
The content of this site, including text, logos, images, graphics, data, and software, is the exclusive property of Mico_Jewellery and is protected by all applicable laws. Photographs and all other images may not be reproduced, transferred, or printed for commercial purposes.
- Privacy
Mico_Jewellery attaches great importance to your privacy. The site is accessible without registering your personal data unless you make a purchase. Your personal data will only be used by Mico_Jewellery itself for communication regarding your order.
We will not sell, share or rent this information to others or use it in a manner that differs from what is stated in this statement.
